Institutional partnership agreement
Cooperation between VHD and a public, academic or association structure, on a matter of general interest. No substantial financial flow. Reciprocal commitment of resources.
Vertical Health Data establishes partnerships with institutions, healthcare facilities, academic actors, associations and — under a supervised governance — economic actors. This page presents the framework within which these cooperations are built. No agreement is signed without strict compliance with the association's bylaws.
Vertical Health Data distinguishes five families of partners, each responding to its own logic. The statutory framework governs the terms of each cooperation.
Vertical Health Data's partnerships are formalised by a written agreement and validated by the Board of Directors, in accordance with the association's bylaws (Journal Officiel No. 49 of 9 December 2025, announcement 2663).
Depending on the nature of the partner and the purpose of the cooperation, Vertical Health Data formalises three types of agreements.
Cooperation between VHD and a public, academic or association structure, on a matter of general interest. No substantial financial flow. Reciprocal commitment of resources.
Cooperation with a technical partner (publisher, integrator, technical expert) on a specific matter: architecture, security, interoperability, compliance. Board validation. Strict contractual framework.
Commitment of a partner to financially support a programme or a vertical. Board validation. The support confers no right of oversight over the content produced. Editorial neutrality is protected by the Editorial Charter.
Vertical Health Data was recently established. To date, the association is consolidating its founding framework, its governance and its first pathological vertical.
Partnerships formalised according to the terms set out in the bylaws will be published as and when they are signed by the Board of Directors.
Our principle: only publish a partnership once the agreement is signed and the Board validation is recorded. No announcement of intent.
If you represent an institution, a facility, an academic actor, an association or an economic partner wishing to establish a cooperation with Vertical Health Data, we invite you to write to us specifying five elements.
The SGE examines each request according to the statutory criteria and submits it, where applicable, to the Board of Directors.

Our partnerships are part of a doctrine of governance and non-capture.
