Establish a partnership
You represent an institution, an organisation, an academic player or an economic partner. Every proposal is handled in accordance with the association's statutes.

Contact the press office
You are a journalist, specialised media, or wish to interview a member of the Board. Press enquiries are coordinated by the SGE. Indicative response time: 5 business days.

Exercise your GDPR rights
You wish to access, rectify, erase or port personal data concerning you. In accordance with Article 33 of the bylaws and the GDPR, you have several rights.

Vertical Health Data does not collect, host or process any individual health data. The collection of personal health data would be conditional on HDS-certified hosting, which is not in place; it therefore does not take place.
Do not send any personal health data, medical information, treatment, symptom, test result or information that could identify an individual health situation.
This form is for general requests that do not fall into the categories above. To become a member, propose a partnership, contact the press or exercise your data-protection rights, please use the dedicated channels.

Vertical Health Data undertakes to acknowledge receipt of each request within 48 business hours, except during periods of intense statutory activity (General Assemblies, Board of Directors sessions).

The position of Treasurer will be filled at a later date by decision of the Board of Directors. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) will be appointed by the President on the SGE's proposal.
